Future Leaders Programme

At Familia, our commitment does not end when a girl leaves school. Through our Future Leaders Programme, we continue to support young women as they take their next steps into adulthood, whether through university, vocational training or other pathways to employment and independence.

The programme provides assistance with educational costs, mentoring, practical support and guidance, helping young women develop the confidence, skills and opportunities they need to build successful futures.

Today, three young women from the Familia programme are studying at university, pursuing degrees in Education, Nursing and International Relations, while a fourth hopes to begin a Law degree starting in September 2026. We continue to walk alongside them until they are emotionally and financially independent.

Our aim is not simply to educate young women, but to equip the next generation of leaders, role models and change-makers within their communities.
